- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch to ensure they cook evenly.
- In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
Cooking
- Bake uncovered for about 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden on top.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
