Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness of about ¾ inch to ensure they cook evenly.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
  5. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with optional paprika or Italian seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Bake uncovered for about 35–45 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and is golden on top.
  2. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
