Preparation
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix the cookie crumbs with cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate and dip each ball in the chocolate to coat.
- Place the coated balls back on the baking sheet and refrigerate until the chocolate is set.
Notes
Oreo Balls can be paired with a glass of cold milk or served alongside fresh fruit. They can also be topped with a drizzle of caramel or crushed nuts. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week or freeze for longer storage.
