Ingredients
  

For the chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs
  • 1 cup buttermilk Substitute with regular milk mixed with vinegar or lemon juice if necessary.
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs can be used for extra crunch.
For seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
For baking
  • cooking spray or olive oil To help crisp up the chicken.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, soak the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  3. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk and coat it thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.

Notes

For the best results, allow the chicken to marinate longer and ensure it has space on the baking sheet for crispiness. Experiment with spices for personalized flavor.
