  1. Gather all tools: a sharp knife, cutting board, large mixing bowl, and measuring spoons.
  2. Dice the vegetables: chop the dill pickles, cucumbers, red bell pepper, tomato, red onion, and jalapeño into uniform, bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mince the garlic and finely chop the fresh dill.
  4. Combine all diced ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Pour in the pickle brine and lime juice, then sprinkle salt to taste.
  6. Gently toss all ingredients together until well combined.
  7. Let the mixture chill for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
