Toppings
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Combines well with Parmesan.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For a cheesy flavor.
  • 1 cup dill pickles Thinly sliced.
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill To sprinkle on top.
  • 1 tbsp hot honey Adds sweetness and spice.
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes For a spicy finish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Roll out the pizza crust to a thin size for crispy results.
  2. Prepare the garlic sauce by blending together roasted garlic, mayonnaise, olive oil, and elderberry tea until smooth.
Assembling the Pizza
  1. Spread a generous layer of garlic sauce over the rolled-out pizza crust.
  2. Combine shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle evenly over the sauce.
  3. Layer thinly sliced dill pickles over the cheese for even distribution.
Baking
  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Bake the pizza for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and slightly brown.
Finishing Touches
  1. Once out of the oven, sprinkle fresh dill on top, drizzle hot honey, and add red pepper flakes for additional flavor.

Notes

For vegan options, substitute dairy cheeses with vegan cheese and use a coconut yogurt-based garlic sauce. Feel free to experiment with toppings like smoky tempeh bacon or spicy pickles.
