  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Feel free to experiment with different grated cheeses.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Skewers (wooden or metal) Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
