Preparation
- In a bowl, combine ranch dressing, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Brush the skewers with olive oil.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.

Notes
These skewers pair well with a fresh green salad or grilled veggies. They store well in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be reheated in the microwave or on the grill. Also freeze well if wrapped tightly.
