Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F) using the convection setting.
- In a blender or food processor, grind the red lentils into a fine flour.
- In a bowl, mix the lentil flour with baking powder, garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, and salt until well combined.
- Next, add the olive oil and about 100 ml of water, mixing until everything is formed into a thick dough.
- Place the dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then cover with another sheet of parchment.
- Roll out the dough evenly with a rolling pin to your desired thickness.
- Remove the top layer of parchment and cut the dough into your preferred shapes using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
- Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes until they’re crispy.
- Finally, let them cool completely before enjoying.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week. You can freeze them for long-term storage. Experiment with spices and herbs for different flavors.
