Main Ingredients
  • 200 g Rote Linsen (red lentils)
  • ¾ tsp Backpulver (baking powder)
  • 1 tsp Knoblauchpulver (garlic powder)
  • 1 tsp Rosmarin (rosemary)
  • 1 tsp Paprikapulver (paprika)
  • ½ tsp Salz (salt)
  • 3 tbsp Sonnenblumenkerne (sunflower seeds)
  • 3 tbsp Sesam (sesame seeds)
  • 35 ml Olivenöl (olive oil)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 180 °C (350 °F) using the convection setting.
  2. In a blender or food processor, grind the red lentils into a fine flour.
  3. In a bowl, mix the lentil flour with baking powder, garlic powder, rosemary, paprika, and salt until well combined.
  4. Next, add the olive oil and about 100 ml of water, mixing until everything is formed into a thick dough.
  5. Place the dough onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper, then cover with another sheet of parchment.
  6. Roll out the dough evenly with a rolling pin to your desired thickness.
  7. Remove the top layer of parchment and cut the dough into your preferred shapes using a sharp knife or pizza cutter.
  8. Bake in the middle of the oven for 25-30 minutes until they’re crispy.
  9. Finally, let them cool completely before enjoying.
