Instructions
Prepare the seafood by cooking shrimp and searing scallops. Let them cool before chopping.
Chop the lettuce, halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber, and thinly slice the red onion.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the seafood, vegetables, and dressing. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
Refrigerate the salad for 15 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
Notes
