Ingredients
  

Nacho Base
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips
  • 2 cups Shredded cheese (cheddar or a blend)
Toppings
  • 1 cup Cooked and seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken Can be substituted with black beans for a vegetarian option
  • 1/2 cup Sliced jalapeños For added spiciness
  • 1/2 cup Chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Chopped onions
  • 1 can Black beans Rinsed and drained
Finishing Touches
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Guacamole
  • 1/4 cup Chopped cilantro

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. On a large sheet pan, spread a layer of tortilla chips.
  3. Evenly sprinkle shredded cheese over the chips.
  4. Add your desired toppings like ground beef, jalapeños, tomatoes, onions, and black beans.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Remove from the oven and top with sour cream, guacamole, and cilantro.
  3. Serve immediately and enjoy!
