  • 1.5 cups milk Can be substituted with buttermilk or plant-based milk.
  • 0.25 cups melted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the pancake mix, milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are perfectly fine!
  3. Pour the batter onto a greased sheet pan, spreading it evenly for consistent cooking.
  4. If you’d like, sprinkle on your optional toppings at this stage.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  2. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Serve warm with maple syrup, whipped cream, fresh berries, or sliced bananas. Pair with bacon or sausage for a balanced breakfast. For fluffier pancakes, let the batter sit briefly before cooking.
