- Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, mix together sour cream, cheese, salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings you desire.
Assembly and Baking
- In a baking dish, layer half of the cooked noodles, followed by the beef mixture, then the sour cream mixture.
- Top with the remaining noodles and sprinkle extra cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
