Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or your favorite cooking oil)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) for garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
  2. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add a little more olive oil if needed.
Cooking
  1. Add the seasoned chicken pieces in a single layer. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side without moving them, allowing them to develop a nice sear.
  2. Flip them over and cook for another 4-5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

These chicken bites are versatile and can be served with dipping sauces like ranch or barbecue. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days. When reheating, pop them in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
