- Rinse the fruit and pat dry.
- In a saucepan, mix sugar and water, and heat until the sugar dissolves to create a syrup.
- Insert skewers into the fruit.
- Dip the skewered fruit into the syrup, ensuring they're coated evenly.
- Allow to cool on a parchment-lined tray until the coating hardens.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature. Avoid refrigerating as moisture can make the coating sticky. Dip fruit multiple times for a thicker coating.
