- Chill your glasses by placing them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
- In a blender, combine pineapple juice, coconut cream, crushed ice, and honey.
- Blend starting at a low speed, then increase to high for 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Taste the mixture; if too thick, add a splash of juice; if too sweet, squeeze in some lime.
- Pour the blend into your chilled glasses and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
Notes
Rim the glass with coconut sugar or Tajín for added flavor. Pair with grilled shrimp skewers or mango salsa for a perfect snack.
