  1. In a bowl, combine the watermelon chunks, lemon juice, sugar powder, and black salt.
  2. Gently toss the ingredients together until the watermelon is well coated.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

The chilling time allows the flavors to meld beautifully, so don't skip that step. This salad is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Freezing is not recommended.
