  • 2 cups Pears, diced Use firm pears for a crunchy texture.
  • 1 cup White peaches, sliced Make sure the peaches are ripe for optimal flavor.
  • 1 cup Dragon fruit, diced Use fresh dragon fruit for the best results.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Optional, can be adjusted to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon Mint leaves, chopped For garnish and added freshness.

Preparation
  1. Wash and prepare all fruits: peel, slice, and dice them as necessary.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced bananas, diced pears, sliced white peaches, and diced dragon fruit.
  3. Drizzle honey over the mixed fruits if desired and gently toss to coat.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for about 10 minutes to chill.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with chopped mint leaves.
